减速顶具有安装快捷、维修简便、控制灵活、可靠性强等优点,已经广泛应用于我国铁路车站的调车作业。随着运营时间的推延,减速顶轮压次数的增加,使减速顶零部件出现磨损、变形、断裂和蚀损等老化问题,导致制动性能减弱,直至消失。通过分析减速顶寿命周期,必须确定一个科学合理、简单易行的检测标准,充分发挥减速顶调速系统整体功能。
Retarder with quick installation, easy maintenance, flexible control, reliability and other advantages, has been widely used in China’s railway station Shunting operations. With the delay of operation time, the increase of the decelerating jack pressure causes the aging parts of the decelerating roof parts to wear, deform, rupture and damage, which will cause the braking performance to weaken until disappear. Through the analysis of the deceleration top life cycle, we must determine a scientific and reasonable, simple and easy testing standards, give full play to the overall function of deceleration top speed control system.
