随着大量高层建筑物的不断涌现,对地基承载力及变形控制要求越来越高,在沉降变形不易控制的软土地区,好的地基处理方法显得尤为重要。通过对比几种不同的地基处理方案,阐述了多桩型复合地基在软土地区地基处理中的优点,利用设计参数对承载力和变形值进行了计算,并通过载荷试验、变形观测等,验证了方案的适用性、确定了地区经验值。以期这些经验对今后该地区的设计、施工具有借鉴意义。
With the continuous emergence of a large number of high-rise buildings, the requirements for bearing capacity and deformation control of foundation are getting higher and higher.
