目的探讨运用宫腔镜下COOK导丝介入联合内服中药治疗输卵管近端阻塞的疗效。方法 60例输卵管近端阻塞患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予宫腔镜下COOK导丝介入治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服活血化瘀、理气行滞、疏通经络、清热解毒、软坚散结的中药,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率(91.1%)高于对照组(80.8%)(P<0.05)。结论口服中药+宫腔镜下COOK导丝介入治疗输卵管近端阻塞,可促进局部炎症吸收,使粘连的纤维组织松懈,提高输卵管再通率。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic COOK guide wire intervention combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of proximal tubal obstruction. Methods Sixty patients with proximal tubal occlusion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intraocular COOK guidewire intervention. Results The effective rate of the treatment group (91.1%) was higher than that of the control group (80.8%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine + hysteroscopic COOK wire interventional treatment of proximal tubal obstruction, can promote local inflammation absorption, so that adhesion of fibrous tissue relaxation, improve the tubal recanalization rate.
