Describes a more preserved collection of Leptarctus skull fossils from the Miocene of Nebraska in the United States. Compared with other known species of the genus Meyloglossus, the cheek teeth of this specimen are stout with P4 molars, nearly square, slightly wider than long, with uniform tooth abrasion, I3 canine teeth, and bending towards large teeth; M1 Greater than the length, and larger than the known species of M1; listen to bubbly hooked process, the protrusion has a prominent hyoid surface. Based on the above differences with known species, we will be a new species Leptarctusmartinisp nov. The new species of tooth morphology and tip abrasion conditions show that it is omnivorous.
