废旧腈纶毛线常压碱法水解物与甲醛进行交联反应 ,制得高性能吸水树脂。研究了水解工艺条件 :投料比为PAN∶NaOH∶H2 O =1∶0 .6∶8;水解反应温度为 90— 95℃ ;反应时间 7h。论述了交联剂用量、交联反应时间、干燥条件对产品吸水性能的影响。初步评价并探讨了作为油井堵水剂应用的可能性
Waste acrylic fiber yarn atmospheric hydrolysis and formaldehyde cross-linking reaction, the system of high-performance absorbent resin. Hydrolysis conditions were studied: the feed ratio was PAN: NaOH: H2O = 1: 0.6: 8; hydrolysis temperature was 90-95 ℃; reaction time was 7h. The effects of crosslinking agent dosage, crosslinking reaction time and drying conditions on the water absorption of the product were discussed.
