设计了一种用于分离玉米秸秆皮、瓤、叶的一体机,该机属于玉米秸秆综合利用备料工段所用设备。该机主要包括去叶和除瓤两大装置,其中去叶基于搓擦原理,除瓤基于劈展刮削原理。利用该机可同时对多根玉米秸秆进行加工,最终得到相互分离的皮、瓤、叶,为生产玉米秸秆刨花板、低聚木糖和压块饲料等产品提供原料。它的设计开发可以提高玉米秸秆在秸秆刨花板、低聚木糖和压块饲料等产品生产行业中的综合应用。
A kind of integrated machine for separating corn straw stalk, broomcock and leaf was designed. The machine belongs to the equipment used for preparing corn stalk comprehensive utilization.
