中国家族企业的接班问题,分歧矛盾和父子亲情交织在一起,真的很“痛苦”。中国的家族企业已到了交接班的第一个高峰期,第一代企业家的年龄均已到了55岁与75岁之间。过去在市场经济中摸爬滚打,没有去思考交接班的问题,也没有有意识地去培养接班人。现在突然要进行交接班,两代人均没有充分的思想准备。
The succession problems of Chinese family-owned enterprises, the conflicts between different families and their relatives and family are intertwined.
