自1986年国家科委和财政部联合几家股东共同投资设立了中国创业风险投资公司以来,中国股权投资增值服务从无到有,从次要到主要,在资本市场发挥越来越重要的作用。文章分析了国内股权投资增值服务存在的问题,结合中国的国情及企业特点,对国内的股权投资基金增值服务提出发展建议。
Since 1986 when the State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly invested several joint venturers to set up venture capital firms in China, the value-added services for equity investment in China have played an increasingly important role from the secondary to the major and in the capital markets . The article analyzes the existing problems of the domestic equity investment value-added services, and puts forward the development suggestions on the domestic value-added services of the equity investment funds based on China’s national conditions and business characteristics.
