特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ＩＴＰ）是临床常见的出血性疾病，与免疫因素有关。治疗以泼尼松、免疫抑制剂为首选，但半数以上患者停药后易复发。自１９９８年以来我们采用中西医结合治疗ＩＴＰ２２例，收到满意疗效，现报告如下。１ 一般资料 ６２例均符合ＩＴＰ诊断标准［１］?
