竞争是企业之间的一种必然现象,而合作创新则是集群企业适应技术发展趋势的必然选择。本文建立了一个产业集群内多企业动态合作创新微分博弈模型,在给定的两个假设前提下,我们结合实际案例从主体理性的角度比较分析了在合作创新与自主创新情形下集群企业所采取的最优策略及其对应的最优价值函数,研究表明参与合作创新的企业利用集群创新网络内的资源云,通过较少资本的投入,就可以带来企业技术水平的改进,而企业技术水平的改善可以更快地为企业创造更多的价值,并且这种价值的增长对企业未来的投资策略产生了积极的影响,从而可以有效地防止产业集群的衰退。
Competition is an inevitable phenomenon among enterprises, and cooperative innovation is the inevitable choice for the cluster enterprises to adapt to the development trend of technology. In this paper, we establish a differential game model of multi-firm dynamic cooperative innovation within industrial clusters. Given the two hypotheses given, we combine the actual cases to analyze the situation of the cluster enterprises in the case of cooperative innovation and independent innovation from the perspective of subjectivity rationality The optimal strategy and its corresponding optimal value function. The research shows that enterprises participating in collaborative innovation can make use of the resource cloud in the cluster innovation network to improve the technological level of enterprises through less capital investment, while the technological level of enterprises Improvement can create more value for the enterprise faster, and this increase of value has a positive impact on the future investment strategy of the enterprise, so as to effectively prevent the decline of the industrial cluster.
