目的观察炎琥宁注射液治疗手足口病的效果。方法 32例手足口病患儿确诊后,即给予炎琥宁注射液40～160 mg加入5%葡萄糖100～150 ml中,每日一次。利巴韦林注射液治疗量为每千克体重10 mg,加入5%葡萄糖100 ml中静脉滴注。结果患儿经治疗1～3天后退热,7日内全部结痂,治疗的有效率为99%。结论炎琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗手足口病疗效满意,不良反应轻微,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Yanhuning injection on hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 32 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children diagnosed, that is, given Yanhuoning injection 40 ~ 160 mg 5% glucose 100 ~ 150 ml, once daily. Ribavirin injection treatment volume of 10 mg / kg body weight, add 5% glucose 100 ml intravenous infusion. Results Children with fever after treatment for 1 to 3 days, all scab within 7 days, the effective rate of treatment was 99%.
