近期,笔者对商丘供电公司某输电工区、变运工区等基层单位的一线员工精神文化生活现状进行调研。调研发现,当前一线员工精神文化生活比较贫乏,工作压力较大,心理负担较重,精神生活冷淡。作为工会组织,应当把一线员工精神文化生活纳入工作范畴,采取切实有效措施,努力给广大员工营造一个精神家园,文化高地,充实员工生活内涵,让广大一线员工在心灵上有个精神栖息地,文化上有个共享平台。
Recently, I conducted a survey on the present-day staff spirit and cultural life of some grass-roots units such as a power transmission area, a change transportation area in Shangqiu Power Supply Company. The survey found that the current front-line staff spirit and cultural life is relatively poor, work pressure, heavier psychological burden, cold life. As a trade union organization, frontline workers should incorporate the spiritual and cultural life into their work areas, adopt practical and effective measures, and strive to create a spiritual homeland and a cultural highland for their employees to enrich the life connotation of employees so that the majority of front-line employees have a spiritual habitat, Culture has a shared platform.
