目的了解某汽修公司喷漆车间烤漆房的职业病危害现状,评价企业的职业病防治措施效果,确保其符合国家职业卫生法律和标准,以保护工人的身体健康。方法采用现场卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法对企业进行评价。结果该项目能够落实有关职业病危害防护措施,在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素是苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯和稳态噪声。经检测,各检测点产生的职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家标准、规范的要求。依据劳动者所接触的危害因素,对该项目作业工人进行了在岗劳动者职业健康体检,检查结果未发现疑似职业病患者。结论在按照建议内容进行改进后及采取个人防护措施的前提下,该项目符合职业卫生现状评价要求。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational diseases in paint shop of a car repair company and evaluate the effect of occupational disease prevention and control measures to ensure its compliance with the national occupational health laws and standards in order to protect the health of workers. Methods The methods of on-site hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health examination were used to evaluate the enterprises. Results The project can implement protective measures against occupational hazards. The main occupational hazards in the production process are benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethylbenzene and steady-state noise. After testing, the concentration or intensity of occupational hazard factors produced at each test point are in line with national standards and norms. According to the hazardous factors contacted by laborers, occupational health examination of working laborers of the project was carried out. No suspected occupational diseases were found in the examination results. Conclusions The project meets the evaluation requirements of occupational health under the premise of improving according to the recommendations and adopting personal protective measures.
