研究功率分流式深度混合动力合成箱的液压系统设计方法。首先根据混合动力系统的控制策略,确定液压系统的设计流量及工作压力。采用机械油泵和电机油泵的双液压源方案满足动力系统在各种驱动模式下的流量需求。设计制动器闭合高压调节油路,实现制动器闭合压力的自适应控制。通过理论计算确定液压阀的结构尺寸。通过建立整个液压系统的动态仿真模型,分析系统流量及压力动态特性。台架试验结果表明液压系统原理方案正确可行,系统流量及压力控制基本达到设计要求。
Research on the Hydraulic System Design Method of Power Split-depth Hybrid Combine Box. First of all, according to the control strategy of hybrid system, determine the hydraulic system design flow and working pressure. The dual hydraulic source scheme with mechanical oil pumps and motor oil pumps meets the flow requirements of the powertrain in a variety of drive modes. The brake is designed to close the high pressure regulating oil line to realize the adaptive control of the brake closing pressure. Through the theoretical calculation to determine the hydraulic valve structure size. By establishing a dynamic simulation model of the entire hydraulic system, the system flow and pressure dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The bench test results show that the hydraulic system principle scheme is correct and feasible, and the system flow and pressure control basically meet the design requirements.
