目的:了解医院和企业在医疗专利转化过程中存在的问题及其影响因素。方法:通过对医院与企业的立场分析和专利转化过程的流程分析,绘制影响因素的鱼骨图。结果:医院、企业、政策、市场、发明人和专利本身在不同阶段共同产生影响。结论:医疗专利成功转化,需在提高专利质量的基础上,完善专利管理制度,形成转化人才队伍,多方通力合作。
Objective: To understand the problems existing in hospitals and enterprises in the process of medical patent transformation and their influencing factors. Methods: Through the hospital and business position analysis and patent conversion process analysis of the process, draw the fishbone diagram of the influencing factors. Outcome: Hospitals, businesses, policies, markets, inventors and patents themselves all have an impact at different stages. Conclusion: The successful transformation of medical patent needs to improve the patent management system based on the improvement of patent quality, form a contingent of qualified talents and work together with all parties.
