至2010年9月,我校外来农民工进程务工子女的比例已占到80%。大量流动花朵的涌入,改变了学校生源的结构,也改变了学校老师的教育方法与教育理念。爱心,关心,信心,恒心曾是学校每一位老师的座右铭。可花朵们的父母文化知识的严重缺乏,教育意识的薄弱致使许多孩子不仅早期教育严重缺乏,连平时最起码的家庭教育也不尽人意。尽管所有老师满腔热情、苦口婆心地不停教育,但许多孩子在行为习惯上和道德品德上显现出来的满不在乎和茫然的状况还是令人着急与担忧。
As of September 2010, the proportion of migrant children who come from migrant workers in our school has accounted for 80%. The influx of a large number of flowering flowers has changed the structure of students’ sources and changed the teaching methods and concepts of school teachers. Love, care, confidence, perseverance was the motto of every teacher in the school. The serious lack of cultural knowledge of parents who can spend their time and the weak educational awareness have caused many children not only to have a serious lack of early education, but also to their minimum family education. Despite all the teachers’ enthusiastic and well-endued education, the indifference and loss of many children’s behaviors and moral demeanor are still worrying and worrying.
