随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对石油的需求也在不断地增加,并且石油工业在整个国民经济中的地位也变得越来越重要,但是到目前为止,石油的主要运输方式仍然是管道运输,它在石油工业中占有十分重要的的地位。目前随着国家经济的迅猛发展,油气长输管道已经渐渐成为我国国家生命线工程的一个重要组成部分,但是我国现役的油气长输管道的发展使得其安全可靠性问题日益突出,石油长运输管道在运行过程中可能会由于管线腐蚀、外力撞击或者是施工质量等因素而产生泄露风险,因此分析与研究石油长运输管道泄露风险,可以进一步采取有关的措施,在最大程度上保证管道的安全运行。本文在对石油管道泄露风险因素分析的基础之上,提出了一些应对性的建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, people’s demand for petroleum is also constantly increasing, and the position of the oil industry in the entire national economy has become more and more important. So far, the main mode of transportation for oil remains the pipeline Transport, it occupies a very important position in the oil industry. At present, with the rapid development of the national economy, long-distance oil and gas pipelines have gradually become an important component of China’s national lifeline project. However, the development of long-distance oil and gas pipelines in active service in our country has made its issue of safety and reliability increasingly prominent. During the operation, pipeline leakage, external impact or construction quality may lead to the risk of leakage. Therefore, analyzing and studying the risk of oil pipeline leakage can take further measures to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline to the greatest extent. Based on the analysis of the risk factors of oil pipeline leakage, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
