随着传播媒介逐渐数字化,互联网应经成为当今世界最为主要的传播方式之一,下载免费音乐的用户日益增多,购买音乐的人却成了稀有动物。这一颠覆性的享受音乐的模式大转变给中国的音乐唱片业也带来了毁灭性的伤害。随之引发了音乐产业与搜索引擎之间一场无休的侵权之争。
With the gradual digitization of the media, the Internet should become one of the most important modes of communication in the world today. The number of users who download free music is increasing and those who purchase music have become rare animals. This disruptive mode of musical enjoyment has also brought devastating damage to China’s music record industry. As a result, there was a battle of endless infringement between the music industry and search engines.
