[目的]研究麻疯树叶浸提液对万寿菊幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的化感影响,揭示麻疯树对林下植物的化感生理机制。[方法]对麻疯树叶浸提液对万寿菊幼苗的生长、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Proline)和抗氧化酶系统的影响进行研究和分析。[结果]与对照相比,麻疯树叶浸提液加入土壤后,明显抑制了万寿菊根和茎的生长;同时,在叶浸提液中,万寿菊根中的O2-、H2O2、丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量升高,且浸提液浓度的增加而增加;另外,麻疯树叶浸提液在较低浓度时,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性无显著变化,而在较高浓度时,SOD酶活性明显增加;所有浓度的叶浸提液都显著增加了万寿菊根中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,且随着浓度的增加而增加。[结论]麻疯树能释放化感物质进入土壤,抑制植物的生长和生理,改变植物群落组成和结构。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the allelopathic effect of Jatropha curcas leaf extract on the growth and antioxidant enzyme activities of seedlings of Marigold, revealing the allelopathy mechanism of Jatropha curcas on understory plants. [Method] The effects of Jatropha curcas leaf extracts on the growth, malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Proline) and antioxidant enzyme system of seedlings of marigold seedlings were studied and analyzed. [Result] Compared with the control, the extracts of Jatropha curcas leaf extracts significantly inhibited the growth of roots and stems of Tagetes marigolds at the same time. In addition, the superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) No significant changes were observed in the activities of SOD, while at higher concentrations, SOD activity was significantly increased; all concentrations of leaf extracts significantly increased the catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity , And increased with increasing concentration. [Conclusion] Jatropha curcas can release allelochemicals into the soil, inhibit plant growth and physiology, and change plant community composition and structure.
