为提高转子动平衡装置的精度和工作效率,对常用动平衡装置机电一体化改造,采用加速度传感器和旋转式编码器作转子振动参数和偏重点相位参数的检测器件,并由 AT89C51组成检测控制及参数显示系统,可精确、快捷地显示动平衡工作各参数。本系统投资少,操作简单、稳定可靠,可适用于各类厂矿企业的动平衡装置的机电一体化改造。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the rotor balancing device, the electromechanical integration of the commonly used balancing device is adopted. The accelerometers and rotary encoders are used as the detection devices for the rotor vibration parameters and the emphasis point phase parameters. The AT89C51 consists of the detection control and Parameter display system, can accurately and quickly display the dynamic balance of the various parameters. The system has low investment, simple operation, stable and reliable, and can be applied to the mechatronic transformation of the dynamic balance device of various factories and mines.
