This article describes the currently available federal German 450MHz mobile radiotelephone C network. Briefly described the development of the federal German mobile radiotelephone network and C network structure. This article details the multi-level data registration system that guarantees automatic dialing of mobile subscribers throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, the use of unified contact channels throughout the network, channel monitoring techniques for interspersed data in voice transmissions, and many of the new features of the network.
