1977~1986年,先后收集国内外夏秋萝卜材料(包括品种、品系和自交系)269份进行田间自然鉴定,选出53份较好的材料,再在室内接种芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)诱发鉴定。筛选出对TuMV(N-100)高抗材料1份(R-7),抗病材料3份(R-40,R-41,R-42),耐病材料3份(R-50,R-52,R-53),还鉴定了中抗材料8份,中感材料8份,感病材料23份,高度感病材料2份(R-4,R-6)。这表明萝卜品种资源中存在抗TuMV基因资源,在萝卜和其它十字花科蔬菜抗病育种中可以利用。
From 1977 to 1986, 269 domestic and international summer and autumn radish materials (including varieties, lines and inbred lines) were collected for natural identification in the field, 53 good materials were selected and TuMV was inoculated indoors. Induced identification. The results showed that 1 part (R-7) of TuMV (N-100) and 3 parts of disease-resistant material (R-40, R-41 and R-42) 52 and R-53). Eight samples of medium-resistant materials, 8 medium-sensitized materials, 23 susceptible materials and 2 highly-sensitized materials (R-4, R-6) were also identified. This indicates that there are anti-TuMV gene resources in radish variety resources which can be used in disease-resistant breeding of radish and other cruciferous vegetables.
