目的:根据患者病情程控起搏器工作参数,使起搏器最大限度地适应患者需要,提高其生活质量。方法:适当降低起搏频率使11例患者尽量维持自身心律;适当提高起搏频率抑制室性早搏2例,改善起搏器综合征1例;降低输出电压或脉宽消除胸部肌肉抽搐3例;增加输出能量解决电极微脱位致阀值升高1例;降低感知灵敏度消除肌电感知1例;延长心房不应期消除起搏器介入性心动过速(PMT)1例。结果:全部患者经上述程控均减轻或消除相应症状,提高了生活质量。结论:根据患者病情程控起搏器工作参数,可减轻或消除相应症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: According to the patient’s condition program-controlled pacemaker operating parameters, so that pacemaker to maximize the patient’s needs and improve their quality of life. Methods: Appropriate reduction of pacing frequency kept 11 patients as vigorous as possible to maintain their own heart rhythms. Appropriate increase of pacing frequency suppressed ventricular premature beats in 2 cases, improved pacemaker syndrome in 1 case, reduced output voltage or pulse width in 3 cases of chest muscle twitch, Increase the output energy to solve the microleakage of the electrode caused by an increase in the threshold value; reduce the sensory sensitivity to eliminate the EMG in 1 case; extend the atrial refractory period to eliminate pacemaker interventional tachycardia (PMT) in 1 case. Results: All the patients were relieved or eliminated the corresponding symptoms by the above program control, which improved the quality of life. Conclusion: According to the working condition of program-controlled pacemaker, the corresponding symptoms can be reduced or eliminated, and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
