采用薄层扫描法测定玉屏风颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果表明黄芪甲苷的浓度在2～10μg／ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r＝0．9947），平均回收率为96．5％，RSD＝3．31％（n＝8）。
TLC scanning method was used to determine the content of astragaloside IV in Yupingfeng granules. The results showed that the concentration of astragaloside IV in the range of 2～10μg/ml showed a good linear relationship with the integral value of the peak area (r=0.9947), the average recovery was 96.5%, and the RSD was 3.31% (n =8).
