目的:了解察布查尔县健康人群麻疹、风疹、腮腺炎免疫水平状况,评价预防接种效果,为提高我县免疫规划工作效率提供帮助。方法:2016年采集察布查尔县不同年龄健康人群血清标本360份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹、风疹和腮腺炎抗体。结果:麻疹、风疹和腮腺炎抗体分别检测血清360份。麻疹抗体阳性率75.00%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1:531.01;风疹抗体阳性率62.50%,抗体含量均值为31.13U/ml;腮腺炎抗体阳性率为84.49%,抗体含量均值为248.69U/ml。结论:麻疹抗体阳性率8月龄-20岁年龄段显著高于小于8月龄和20岁以上年龄段;风疹抗体阳性率8月龄-20岁年龄段显著高于其他健康人群;腮腺炎抗体阳性率1.5岁以下儿童显著低于其他健康人群;应继续加强对抗体水平的监测工作,巩固免疫规划工作的成效。 Objective: To understand the immune status of measles, rubella and mumps among healthy population in Chabuqal County and to evaluate the effect of immunization in order to improve the efficiency of immunization planning in our county. Methods: In 2016, 360 serum samples from healthy population of different age groups in Chabuchar County were collected for detection of measles, rubella and mumps antibody by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Measles, rubella and mumps antibodies were detected serum 360 copies. The positive rate of measles antibody was 75.00%, the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 531.01, the positive rate of rubella antibody was 62.50%, the average value of antibody content was 31.13U / ml, the positive rate of mumps antibody was 84.49% and the antibody content was 248.69U / ml. Conclusion: The positive rate of measles antibody was significantly higher in the age group from 8 months to 20 years than in the age group below 8 months and over the age of 20 years. The positive rate of measles antibody was significantly higher than that in other healthy people from 8 months to 20 years old. Mumps antibody The positive rate of children under 1.5 years old was significantly lower than that of other healthy people. The monitoring of antibody levels should be further strengthened to consolidate the effectiveness of immunization programs.
