研究了 4个组合的柑桔体细胞杂种及其对应亲本的春梢叶片净光合速率 (Pn)及其与光照强度(PAR)及叶片温度 (tL)的关系。结果表明 ,柑桔体细胞杂种的光合速率低于对应亲本。体细胞杂种的光合速率最大值 (Pmax)和光合速率日均值均较亲本小 ;体细胞杂种的光饱和点较亲本低 ,光补偿点高于亲本。田间自然生态条件下 ,体细胞杂种的光合最适温介于双亲之间 ,光合最适温对应的最大光合速率小于双亲。染色体倍性增加没有导致体细胞杂种叶片光合能力的增加。
The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and its relationship with light intensity (PAR) and leaf temperature (tL) of four combinations of citrus somatic hybrids and their corresponding parents were studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of citrus somatic hybrids was lower than that of the corresponding parents. The photosynthetic rate maximum value (Pmax) and photosynthetic rate daily average of somatic hybrids were smaller than that of their parents. The light saturation point of somatic hybrids was lower than that of their parents, and the light compensation point was higher than that of their parents. In field natural ecological conditions, the optimum photosynthetic rate of somatic hybrids was between parents, and the maximum photosynthetic rate corresponding to the optimum temperature of photosynthesis was less than that of the parents. Chromosomal ploidy did not lead to increased photosynthetic capacity of somatic hybrid leaves.
