本文采用金相、扫描电镜及化学分析法,研究了H68黄铜扁锭热轧表面裂纹的成因。分析结果表明,造成H68黄铜扁锭热轧表面裂纹的直接原因,是Pb,Bi等微量元素在晶界上偏聚所致。
In this paper, metallographic, SEM and chemical analysis methods were used to study the cause of hot rolling surface cracks in H68 brass ingot. The analysis results show that the direct cause of hot rolling surface cracks in H68 brass ingot is the segregation of trace elements such as Pb and Bi on the grain boundaries.
