本试验是以前对六六六在土壤中移动示踪研究的继续。1977年曾就土壤对六六六的吸附作用进行了研究,证明这种杀虫剂被土壤吸附的形式是复杂的,尤其是在低浓度条件下,可能存在吸附六六六的凹形等温线。这一点为设想在低浓度条件下六六六有较大的移动性,并可将其从土壤中快速淋洗,提供了依据。使六六六分解是将它从土壤中排除的另一种途径。为了研究六六六在土壤中的分解与其浓度即施入量的关系,提出了1-~(14)C-666的试验。
This experiment is the continuation of previous studies on the mobile tracing of BHC in soil.
