培养优秀的数控机床操作人员,储备优秀的技术人员,是提高社会生产力,加快我国经济发展的重要手段之一,在实际的数控车床加工实习教学中,难免由于学生不熟悉造成数控车床发生故障,因此,指导教师必须要解决学生造成的数控车床故障,本文通过阐述数控车床故障诊断的原则,分析了数控车床加工实习教学中常见的故障并提出了具体的解决方法。
