今年是我国建国50周年和澳门回归祖国的喜庆之年,也是贯彻落实十五大精神,实现国有大中型企业三年改革和脱困目标的关键一年,我们面临的任务十分繁重而艰巨。今年全省组织工作的总体要求是,坚持以邓小平理论和十五大精神为指导,以改革总揽全局,以搞好“三讲”教育、深化干部制度改革和开创基层组织建设新局面为重点,全面提高组织工作的整体水平,为实现全省改革开放、经济建设和社会发展的奋斗目标提供坚强的组织保证。
