当前,中国处于经济发展的关键阶段,中国企业要想与世界接轨,首先要搞好本国的实体经济。本文主要对已经步入国际化的格力企业,根据国际化发展的需要,制定了一系列新的发展战略,以此不断壮大企业的自身实力,确保格力电器能够与国际市场顺利接轨。本文笔者根据格力电器的发展现状,分析格力企业国际化战略发展过程中可能遇到的问题,并且对问题的应对策略做出总结。
At present, China is in a crucial stage of economic development. To make the Chinese enterprises integrate with the world, they must first improve their own real economy. In this paper, a series of new development strategies have been formulated for the Greener enterprises that have entered the internationalization stage. According to the needs of the international development, the Group has continuously developed its own strength so as to ensure the smooth integration of Gree with the international market. According to the current development of Gree, the author analyzes the problems that Gree enterprises may encounter in the process of internationalization strategy development, and sums up the countermeasures of the problem.
