随着我国高速铁路的快速发展,大量的既有线在扩能改造,相当数量的车站面临着升级改造,大号码道岔的推广普及势在必行。但是既有线插铺道岔要求在有限的时间内完成高质量的施工,如何优化施工组织,规范施工标准,确保既有线封锁施工安全、正点开通,是每个工程技术人员必须面对的重要课题。信号设备对于道岔插铺工作来说,是其中非常重要的一个环节,也是技术上的难点问题,信号的施工质量直接影响到铁路运输效率和安全。本文结合陇海线咸阳西站路内第一次插铺1/42道岔的实施过程,介绍如何做好繁忙干线大号码道岔插铺信号的施工组织。
With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, a large number of existing lines are being expanded and expanded. A considerable number of stations are facing upgrading and renovation. The popularization of large-size turnouts is imperative. However, it is an important issue that every engineer and technician must face to solve the problem of how to optimize the construction organization, standardize the construction standard, ensure the safety of the existing line block construction, and open the punctuality at the request of the existing railway plug-in turnout in a limited time. The signal equipment is a very important link in the process of turnout insertion, and also is a technical difficulty. The construction quality of the signal has a direct impact on the efficiency and safety of railway transportation. In this paper, the implementation of 1/42 turnout in Xianyang West Railway Station on Longhai Line is introduced in this paper, and how to do the construction of the signal for busy turnout large turnout.
