随着卫生人事改革制度日益完善下,职称晋升竞争越发猛烈。对于医院发展而言,医学专业技术人才作为一项关键的人力资源,在人力资源管理中职称晋升管理是很重要的一部分,对于医院发展而言具有巨大现实意义。基于此,本文首先分析了医院职称评审现状,然后提出了有效管理职称评审的对策,希望能够促进医院职称评审管理的现代化和合理化。
With the improvement of the health personnel reform system, the promotion of titles has become increasingly fierce. For the development of hospitals, medical professional and technical personnel are a key human resource. Promoting the management of titles in human resource management is a very important part and has great practical significance for the development of hospitals. Based on this, this article first analyzes the current status of the evaluation of the title of the hospital, and then put forward the measures for effective management of the title review, hoping to promote the modernization and rationalization of the management of the title evaluation of the hospital.
