苏联新近研制成А25Х12ГНМЕ和А25Х12ГНЕ高速加工用马氏体不锈钢,它们的化学成分(重量%):0.22~0.27C;1~1.3Mn;≤0.6Si;12~13Cr;0.9~1.1Ni;0.10~0.16S;≤0.03P;0.10~0.16Se;后一钢种尚含1.0~1.3Mo。添加 S 和 Se 为防止切削时产生粗大切屑。因 S 和 Se 会在钢组织中形成均匀、弥散分布的球状特殊夹杂物——硫硒化合物。但随着 S 含量的增加,钢热变形时易产生裂缝、缺口和成层等缺陷。
The Soviet Union has recently developed А25Х12ГНМЕ and А25Х12ГНЕ high-speed machining martensitic stainless steel, their chemical composition (% by weight): 0.22 ~ 0.27C; 1 ~ 1.3Mn; ≤ 0.6Si; 12 ~ 13Cr; 0.9 ~ 1.1Ni; 0.10 ~ 0.16 S; ≤ 0.03P; 0.10 ~ 0.16Se; the latter steel still contains 1.0 ~ 1.3Mo. Add S and Se to prevent coarse chips from cutting. Because S and Se in steel will form a uniform, dispersed spherical special inclusions - sulfur selenium compounds. However, with the increase of S content, defects such as cracks, gaps and delamination easily occur when the steel is deformed by heat.
