沪编高中生物新教材（上科版）中，增设了许多课堂演示实验，笔者在使用过程中，对《酵母菌酒精发酵》、《过氧化氢酶作用的高效性》两个实验进行了改进，收到了较好的效果。1对《酵母菌酒精发酵》实验的改进实验装置见附图。附图酵母菌酒精发酵的实验装置教材的实验方案是：“
