宝钢热轧厂1580产线高压除鳞系统通过变频调速装置改变除鳞电机转速,可以快速地提供高压除鳞所需的流量,实现除鳞系统压力可调,达到节约电能的目的。除鳞泵变频器在开环矢量控制(OLVC)模式下调试和优化时,一方面要提高设备的控制精度和响应能力,满足正常轧制的工艺需求,同时提高节约电能的效果;另一方面要考虑到除鳞设备的承受能力。所述的1580除鳞泵变频器OLVC模式调试优化技术,可以较好地满足正常轧制的工艺需求,同时提高变频器运行质量,减少设备维护成本,实现节水省电的显著效果。
