伴随着我国数字电视发展的步伐,各个电视台的播出机房中模拟平台逐步向数字平台过渡,频道数目越来越多。同时,各种播出质量监测和内容监测的故障异态有增无减,视频丢失、声音异常、图像静帧、黑场以及非法信号等等。依靠传统的人工监测手段,值班人员劳动强度越来越大,很难保证及时、准确地发现各种播出故障。本文设计了一个通用的广播电视智能监控系统,可以通过计算机实现发射台发射机和配套设备的实时状态监测,实现运行、维护、管理人员对发射机的远程维护和操作,实现省、市、县三级对辖区内发射台站的运行情况的监管,有效提高工作效率和运行维护管理水平,减轻工作强度和减少人为责任事故降低运行成本,确保安全播出。
With the pace of the development of digital television in our country, the simulation platforms of the broadcasting stations in various television stations gradually transition to the digital platform with more and more channels. At the same time, a variety of broadcast quality monitoring and content monitoring failures anomaly increase, loss of video, abnormal sound, image frames, black and illegal signals and so on. Relying on the traditional manual monitoring means, the workforce on duty is getting bigger and bigger, it is difficult to ensure timely and accurate finding of various broadcast faults. In this paper, we designed a universal broadcast TV intelligent monitoring system, which can realize the real-time status monitoring of the transmitters transmitters and ancillary equipment through the computer and realize the remote maintenance and operation of the transmitters by the operators, maintenance personnel and the provincial, municipal and county governments Level 3 of the jurisdiction of the launching station in the area of regulation, effectively improve work efficiency and operation, maintenance and management level, reduce work intensity and reduce man-made accidents and reduce operating costs, to ensure safe broadcast.
