为研究我国新一代单层钎焊CBN(立方氮化硼)磨料砂轮,尝试Ag—Cu—Ti活性钎料在真空炉中钎焊。实验结果表明,Ag—Cu—Ti合金钎料对立方氮化硼表现出良好的浸润性,并将立方氮化硼牢牢钎焊住。借助扫描电镜、X-射线能谱和X-射线衍射对界面微区组织的分析研究表明,钎焊过程中Ag—Cu—Ti舍金钎料中的Ti向立方氮化硼磨粒界面富集,并与立方氮化硼磨料表面的N和B元素发生反应生成TiN和TiB2,这是实现Ag—Cu—Ti合金钎料与立方氮化硼磨料高结合强度的关键因素。
In order to study a new generation of single layer brazed CBN (cubic boron nitride) abrasive wheel in China, Ag-Cu-Ti active brazing filler metal was brazed in a vacuum furnace. The experimental results show that the Ag-Cu-Ti alloy brazing filler metal shows good wettability to cubic boron nitride and the cubic boron nitride soldered firmly. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of interfacial microstructure showed that during the brazing process, the interface of Ti-CBN abrasive grains in Ag-Cu-Ti alloy was enriched , And reacted with N and B elements on the surface of cubic boron nitride abrasive to produce TiN and TiB2, which is the key factor to achieve high bonding strength between Ag-Cu-Ti alloy filler and cubic boron nitride abrasive.
