目的:研究黄芪总黄酮对失血性休克再灌注肝损伤的防护作用。方法:用家兔为实验对象,观察失血性休克再灌注后30min、2h、6h、24h转氨酶(GPT、GOT)和血气指标(pH、PCO2、PO2、HCO-3、TCO2、SBC)的改变以及滴注黄芪总黄酮(TFA)后的影响。结果:失血性休克再灌注后24h血浆GPT、GOT值升高明显,血气指标发生改变,而滴注TFA后可有效抑制因缺血再灌注引起的GPT、GOT的升高,血气指标的变化明显改善。结论:TFA作为一种抗氧化剂对失血性休克再灌注所致肝损伤有防护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of total flavonoids from Astragalus on liver injury after hemorrhagic shock and reperfusion.
