品管圈(QCC)作为管理工具,有助于将医院传统、粗放的管理转化成科学、精细化管理,推动医疗创新。然而,医疗类品管圈开展常常较难。作者分析了相关原因,并提出病友-医院-学生/社会志愿者(PHS)共赢理念。PHS共赢理念可整合医院内的各方资源,实现互利共赢,更利于医疗类品管圈的开展和医疗创新。本文从全国医院品管圈比赛一等奖的案例出发,探讨联合品管圈手法和PHS共赢理念,从管理、技能及制度创新方面,提升医生的创新能力,促进医院可持续发展的相关问题。
As a management tool, QCC helps to transform the traditional and extensive management of hospitals into scientific and meticulous management and promote medical innovation. However, it is often more difficult to conduct medical product pipelines. The authors analyzed the underlying causes and proposed a win-win philosophy for patient-hospital-student / social volunteer (PHS). PHS win-win philosophy can integrate resources within the hospital to achieve mutual benefits and win-win, more conducive to the development of medical products and medical innovation circle. Based on the case of the First Prize in the Quality Assurance Contest of China’s Hospital, this article explores the concept of joint quality control circle and PHS win-win situation, and from the aspects of management, skills and system innovation, enhances the doctor’s ability to innovate and promotes the sustainable development of the hospital .
