目的探讨人文关怀在急诊手术护理过程中的应用效果。方法从100名急诊手术患者中随机分为A、B两组,每组各50例。A组在护理过程中实施人文关怀,B组不实施人文关怀。以患方满意度作为观察指标,对两组进行比较。结果 A组患方满意度是96%,B组82%,差异有显著性意义(χ2=4.396,P=0.0360)。结论在急诊手术护理过程中,护士应为患者提供人文关怀,并贯穿于整个护理服务的全过程。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the emergency surgery nursing. Methods 100 emergency patients were randomly divided into A and B groups, 50 cases in each group. A group in the nursing process of humanistic care, B group does not implement humane care. Satisfaction of the patient as an indicator of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of patients in group A was 96% and in group B 82%, the difference was significant (χ2 = 4.396, P = 0.0360). Conclusion During the emergency operation nursing, nurses should provide humane care for the patients and run through the entire nursing service.
