当今,随着科学技术的迅猛发展,知识经济时代的到来,我国现代制鞋企业在人大资源管理上也遇到了一些新的问题。在本行业多数的中小企业中,大多采用家族式的管理模式,其用人制度多数属短期行为,或根本没有完善的用人制度与人才培养计划。即使是在大型企业中人力资源得不到很好的管理,达不到优化配置,也只能是浪费人才,发挥不了其应有的作用,也就不能为企业创造更多的经济效益。所以,人力资源的管理对于现代企业来说是不可忽视的。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, modern shoe-making enterprises in China have also encountered some new problems in the management of the resources of the National People’s Congress. Most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in this industry adopt the family-style management model. Most of their employing systems are short-term behavior, or there is no perfect employment system and personnel training plan at all. Even if the human resources in large-scale enterprises are not well managed and cannot be optimally configured, it can only be a waste of talents, can not play its due role, and it can not create more economic benefits for the enterprise. Therefore, the management of human resources cannot be ignored for modern enterprises.
