江苏省冶金厅于1994年1月18～20日在张家港市江苏沙钢集团公司如开了1994年全省冶金工作会议。会议的中心议题是学习贯彻党的十四届三中全会、省委八届七次全体(扩大)会议和全国、全省经济工作会议及全国冶金工作会议精神,总结1993年工作,部署1994年任务。会议开幕时,省厅党组书记、厅长姜文韬向大会作了题为《深化改革,优化结构,推动我省冶金工业持续快速健康发展》的工作报告。他在工作报告中,全面系统地总结了1993年全省冶
Metallurgical Department of Jiangsu Province in January 1994 from January 18 to 20 in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Sha Steel Group, such as the opening of the province’s metallurgical work conference in 1994. The central theme of the conference was to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, the Seventh National People’s Congress (Enlarged) Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee, the National Economic Work Conference and the National Metallurgical Working Conference, sum up the work in 1993 and deploy the program in 1994 task. At the opening of the meeting, Jiang Wentao, party secretary and director of the provincial department and government department, delivered a speech entitled “Deepening Reform, Optimizing Structure and Promoting Sustained, Rapid, Healthy Development of Metallurgical Industry in Our Province”. In his work report, he comprehensively summed up the province’s metallurgy in 1993
