在实施依法治国、建设法治社会的过程中,依法管理宗教团体是其中一个重要内容。作为社会组织的宗教团体,一方面要真正通过法律实现和保障其自由及相应的权利,另一方面宗教团体也要在其活动的同时必须承担其相应的社会责任和法律责任。我们要在贯彻宗教政策的同时,正确处理宗教信仰自由与依法管理宗教团体的关系,在建立社会主义民主法治国家及和谐社会的进程中发挥其特殊的积极作用。
In carrying out the principle of governing the country according to law and building a society ruled by law, managing religious groups according to law is one of the important contents. As religious organizations of social organizations, on the one hand, they should truly realize and guarantee their freedom and corresponding rights by means of laws. On the other hand, religious organizations must, at the same time, carry out their corresponding social responsibilities and legal responsibilities as well. While implementing the policy of religion, we should correctly handle the relationship between the freedom of religious belief and the administration of religious groups according to law, and play their special and positive role in the process of establishing a socialist country under the rule of law and a harmonious society.
