目的 探讨生长突增期少年的掌骨发育状况 ,对比掌骨发育水平是否存在城乡差异。方法 在城市和乡村两个观察点选择 5 6 0名中小学生 (男生 12 15岁、女生 10 13岁 ) ,各性别年龄组 35人。被检者均拍左手腕部X线片 ,测量X线片的掌骨长径与横径 ,计算掌骨指数。结果 青春期城乡男女少年掌骨长度均有大幅度增长 ,男生增值为 6 .2 6~ 9.31mm ,女生增值为 5 .2 8~ 9.12mm ;男女各年龄组掌骨长度均值皆城市大于乡村 ,且男 14和 15岁 (15岁Ⅰ、Ⅴ掌骨除外 )、女 12岁掌骨长度均值的差异具有显著性 ,77.5 %的掌骨横径均值为乡村高于城市 ;除女 13岁组外 ,掌骨指数均值城市高于乡村 ,差异有显著性 ;城市比乡村少年的掌骨发育高峰年龄提前 1岁。结论 青春突增期少年掌骨发育迅速 ,且存在较明显的城乡差异
Objective To investigate the status of metacarpal development in adolescent with sudden growth and to compare whether there is difference between urban and rural areas in the development of metacarpal. Methods Five hundred and sixty primary and secondary school students (12 15 boys and 10 13 girls) were selected at two observation points in urban and rural areas and 35 in each gender age group. The subjects were photographed left wrist X-ray film, measuring the length of the metacarpal long axis and diameter, calculate the metacarpal index. Results The adolescent male and female adolescent metacarpal bone length increased significantly, the male value added was 6.26 ~ 9.31mm, the female value added was 5.28 ~ 9.12mm. The average length of metacarpal of men and women in all age groups was higher in urban than in rural areas, and male 14 The average length of metacarpal of 15 years old (except Ⅰ and Ⅴ metacarpia of 15 years old) was significantly higher than that of female. The mean of metacarpal diameter of 77.5% was higher in rural than in urban. In rural areas, the difference was significant. The age of the metacarpal bone in urban areas was 1 year earlier than that of rural teenagers. Conclusions Juvenile metacarpal bone development is rapid during adolescent sudden increase, and there is obvious difference between urban and rural areas
