在第二批科技强警示范城市和3111工程建设将于今年初验收后,科技强警示范城市建设和3111工程建设将进入整体推进阶段。本刊记者从权威渠道获悉,下一步要重点做好现有示范试点的推进工作,以及示范试点的工作经验总结及推广。据有关人士透露,从2004年到目前为止,全国共有18个省区市申报59个科技强警示范建设城市(2004年21个,2006年38个)和507个(部属试点22个,省以下试点485个)3111城市报警与监控系统建设试点工程。专家指出,经过近4年探索,已形成东部沿海(上海、浙江、江苏、山东、福建、广东)中部(安徽、河南、湖北、湖南)西部(四川、广西、宁夏、内蒙古)、北方(北京、天津、辽宁、黑龙江)兼顾的示范试点版图,科技强警示范城市建设和3111城市报警与监控系统建设逐渐从示范试点走向整体推进阶段。
