课程改革,既给广大教师带来了机遇,同时也提出了挑战。要全面推进素质教育、提高我们国家的整体素质,就必须启动新一轮的课程改革。新的课程改革要求教师改变传统的教育理念,要改变常态化的教学方式和教学行为。从这个层面上讲,新课程改革就是教师要改变自我。这次的课程改革,是要把教材内容重新整合,让教材更加体现出它的知识传承性、系统性、科学性、人文性。而教师要对这次新的课程改革要有着全新的认识,只有不断提升自己的教学水平,才能在课程改革的过程
