Autonomous language learning is the requirement of establishing a learning society, and it is also the direction of university foreign language teaching reform. The ability to develop self-regulated learning is a step-by-step process that requires constant help from the teacher. This article explores the effective teaching strategies for teachers to develop the autonomous learning ability of college students in foreign languages.
