在进行油库工艺设计时,对油罐粘油加热必须进行设计计算。文章叙述了油罐粘油加热的传热过程及其设计计算的详细内容。由于工艺参数变量较多,这些繁琐的计算在工程上常采用试算法,这种方法不仅使计算重复而且计算过程很费时。本文编制了程序与框图,采用APPLE-Ⅱ计算机进行这些计算,它具有快速、准确、方便和通用的优点。最后,以算例说明了微机的计算过程。
In the process of depot design, the viscosity of the oil tank must be designed and calculated. The article describes the heating process of oil viscosity of oil tank and its design calculation details. Due to the large number of process variables, these cumbersome calculations are often used in engineering trial method, this method not only makes the calculation repeated and the calculation time-consuming. This article has compiled the procedure and the block diagram, uses the APPLE-Ⅱ computer to carry on these calculations, it has fast, the accurate, the convenience and the general merit. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the computing process of the microcomputer.
