拖拉机转向节立轴(主肖)和转向节半轴(前轮轴)受力情况复杂,是拖拉机最易损坏的零件之一,由于转向节损坏会使前轮脱落,造成严重事故,因此更应引起重视。1974年江苏省句容拖拉机厂生产的东风—25型拖拉机发现转向节断裂现象,材力教研组及拖拉机教研组部份同志曾对其受力情况作了测试,对其断裂原因进行了分析;之后,拖拉机载荷谱课题组及拖拉机载荷谱课题研究生对拖拉机前桥载荷又作了多次测定,提出了一些有助于分析转向节损坏原因的数据,本文试图在此基础上,对转向节损坏原因进行综合分析,并探讨其提高使用寿命的途径。
